Dr Paul Elliston

Paul is passionate about helping communities to thrive.

With a background in project management and community development overseas, Paul has spent the last year working as a Community Engagement Officer on flooding issues with the Somerset River Authority and Somerset Council.

Together with his colleague (Bel), he helps communities across Somerset to plan for, respond to and recover from flooding as well as possible, in addition to working to reduce their longer-term flood risk. He is married to Rachel, with one child.
